CATERING INFORMATION AND POLICIES

Minimum Order:
$300+ for delivery orders.
Delivery Fee: 15% on local order within 1.2 miles.
24 hour advance notice is recommended and appreciated for all catering orders.
Same day orders will be fulfilled based on availability of ingredients, staff and delivery time slots.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due at the day of the event.
One payment for the entire order. No separate/split checks please.
Sales Tax: sales tax (current tax rate) apply to all food and beverage orders.
If tax exempt, we must receive a hard copy of your tax exemption.
In the case of a cancellation, the AM-THAI Williamsburg must be notified within 48 hours prior to the pickup or delivery time, otherwise, all deposits are non-refundable.

How do I place an order for catering?

Do you have a catering minimum?
We ask that you meet a $300+ for delivery minimum and $150+ for pick-up orders.
Can I place an order for the same day?
All orders are made fresh at the AM-THAI Williamsburg, we kindly ask that you place your order 24 hours in advance. Extra-large orders may require additional notice.
What if I have to cancel my order?
Email us at contact@am-thainyc.com and we will do our best to accommodate your scheduling changes. We do charge a fee of 50% of your order total for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pick-up/delivery time.
How do I make edits to my order?
Need to make any changes to your order? Please email Contact@am-thainyc.com and we are happy to help! Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate all change requests, those made less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pick-up/delivery time are not guaranteed.
Food & Set up: Will your team help set up my order?
Our catering services are drop-off only. Plates and utensils is available upon request.
What vegan/gluten-free/dairy-free options do you have?

We are a tax-exempt organization, do you offer tax exemption?
Yes! We offer tax exemption on catering orders. Please enter your tax exempt certificate number when placing your order online and email copy of tax exempt certificate to Contact@am-thainyc.com
